Exmark Original Parts orders from parts.exmark.com are subject to the following installation, return, shipping and tax policies. Click on each policy for complete details.

For your convenience, Exmark offers a nearly complete line of service parts and accessory products on this site. Installation of some products sold on this site requires a professional level expertise and familiarity with Exmark machines. Exmark assumes no responsibility or liability for service parts or accessory products you are unable to install safely, or correctly. If you are at all unsure of or unfamiliar with how to properly install the products purchased on this site, please consult your local Exmark dealer prior to purchase.

You may return most items sold by Parts.Exmark.com within 30 days of delivery. To receive credit for your returned goods, items need to be in their original product packaging, unused and uninstalled. In the unlikely event you receive a defective or wrong product, Exmark will pay the return freight and replace the product at no cost to you. If it is not our error, you will receive credit less shipping costs, and must pay for the return shipping.

There are two ways to return a product. Detailed return instructions came in your original shipment as the most convenient return method. If those documents have been discarded or lost, registered site users can log in to their account and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Click on the “Orders” tab. Once on that tab, click the “View Order” icon next to the order the return parts processed under. From there, click “Print Return Form”. Doing so will populate instructions and a return mailing label you need to print and apply to the outside of your package.

Expect to receive your credit within four to six weeks from our receipt of the package. Return process time includes:

  • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
  • The time for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
  • The time for your bank to process the credit request (5 to 10 business days)
Note: Some items are not returnable, even within the 30 day limit. A non-returnable item is identified as such in the product description.

Return FAQs

Are all items returnable?

No. There are a few items for which Parts.Exmark.com does not accept returns. A non-returnable item is identified as such in the product description.

How long do I have to return a product?

If you need to make a return for any reason you must do it within 30 days of receiving the product.

How long will it take for me to receive a credit once I return an item?

Expect to receive your credit within four to six weeks from our receipt of the package. We administer return credits within 48 to 72 hours after the product is received in our return center.

May I return items purchased on Parts.Exmark.com to a local retailer?

In most cases, no. Exmark products purchased on Parts.Exmark.com need to be returned to Exmark directly via the return process on Parts.Exmark.com.

Will I be reimbursed for my return shipping costs?

If, in the unlikely event, you happen to receive a defective or wrong product we will pay the return freight. The return freight credit is based upon the value of the product. If the product is $0.01 - $14.99 you will receive a credit of $4.95. You are free to choose any method you prefer to return the product (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.), however the amount you receive for a credit is listed below.

Parts.Exmark.com does not reimburse return shipping for items returned for reasons that are not an error caused by Parts.Exmark.com.

Items purchased from exmarkoriginalparts.com and parts.exmark.com can ONLY be shipped within the 50 United States. We are UNABLE to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam or Mexico. Certain products can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will require extra delivery time after departure from our Distribution Center.

Exmarkoriginalparts.com uses UPS services to deliver our products to you. We offer three levels of UPS service – standard ground, 2nd day air or overnight air. Shipping costs for orders from exmarkoriginalparts.com depend upon the methods available and the option you choose.

Items generally ship on the 1st business day after the order was submitted. Next-day or 2nd day orders MUST be submitted by 1:00pm Central Time to ship same day.

Shipping FAQs

What if I want to get my items faster?

Simply select a different shipping method by clicking the drop-down next to that option on the order form. Your order will be expedited by the carrier once it departs our Distribution Center.

If I request next-day shipping, will I get my order the next day?

Selecting next-day or 2nd day shipping does not guarantee your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for next-day or 2nd day shipping. Also, when you select next-day or 2nd day shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. Once your order departs our Distribution Center, delivery time is dependent upon UPS delivery performance.

Inclement Weather Policy

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather or other acts of nature and therefore we will NOT reimburse shipping charges for these types of delays.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

To return damaged items, click on "My Account", then click on "Orders" at the top of the page. You will then click on the shopping cart icon under the "View/Duplicate" column. You will then click on the "Print Return Form" button to create a return. Print the form that is displayed, which includes the return mailing label. Fill out the form with the reason code "Shipping damage". Cut off the mailing label. Put the rest of the form in the box and tape mailing label to the box.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive a product other than what you ordered, please contact us at (888) EXMARK8 and we will work with you to return the wrong product and ship out the correct product.

Exmark complies with the U.S. tax code within each state. Therefore, all Parts.Exmark.com purchases will be charged applicable state and local taxes. An estimate of the tax will appear when you check out. Actual sales tax will be calculated based on the ship-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping, therefore the amount on your credit card or bank statement may differ slightly.

NOTE: Tax-Exempt status DOES NOT apply to Parts.Exmark.com orders. You have two options for tax-exemption: See your local Exmark dealer or place order online and file the proper paperwork with your local government officials for reimbursement.

*Many states charge tax on shipping charges as well as on the products themselves. Below are lists of the states that do and do not charge tax on shipping.
